Experienced Construction Groundworker
Role: Groundworker
Location: Kildare, co. Kildare
BSS Building Staff Solutions are seeking skilled and experienced Groundworkers in Kildare
Key Responsibilities:
As a groundworker your responsibilities will include
- Prepare and clear construction sites of debris and hazards
- Excavate trenches and prepare surfaces for pipe installation
- Install and connect pipes, including drainage and sewage systems
- Operate and maintain machinery and tools required for groundworking
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker
- Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and overtime as required
