Health & Safety Advisor Specific Requirements:
- A Degree or Diploma EHS Qualification.
- 4-5+ Years in a similar role, ideally within Construction.
- IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office and database tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Health & Safety Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System on-site.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the project, including management, contractors, and workers.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare weekly EHS compliance reports.
- Collaborate with the wider project team to maintain productive working relationships.
- Coach and influence the site team to adopt and apply best EHS practices.
