Our client is a leading specialist Roofing Contractor and requires  a Project/Site Manager to join the Team on site to manage a Roofing Project to conclusion over the next 10 weeks, further work thereafter in the area.

What you need to have

• Track record in Construction Site and Project Management 
• 10 years plus relevant experience
• Experience with Roofing Projects an advantage
• Possession of relevant certifications such as Safe Pass, Manual Handling
• Must be in Ireland eligible to work and able to start immediately

Project Manager

Location: Munster

Roofing & Cladding Contractor

Our client is  a leading Roofing & Cladding Contractor working on large scale Commercial Projects. They now have 2 interesting Pharmaceutical Projects, first  Site will be 6 months in Tralee, next site will be 2 years plus in Limerick.  The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in roofing and cladding systems, along with proven leadership in fast-paced site environments.

What you have to do

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding packages
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and safety compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and installation standards
• Maintain site documentation and reporting

 What you need to have

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, roofing/cladding experience essential.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical or industrial build environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Health and safety focus
