BSS Building Staff Solutions provides a wide variety of managed services to our construction and industrial clients.
This ranges from:
- Site set up
- Site cleaning and maintenance
- Work at heights including:
- Work with Cranes and MEWP
- Plumbing and electrical work
- Preparation of site for trades staff
These services are provided to our clients for residential and commercial construction, civil engineering as well as utility construction and maintenance projects. Typically our Site Agents meet with the client to review what is required for each job including the type of expertise that is required and the likely duration. This same manager will work with the client throughout the project to ensure that all the work we are contracted to do is completed on time and to the highest quality. The contract manager will be responsible for the management of our staff on site and will be the main point of contact regarding the scheduling of work, quality control and agreement for any additional works that may be required.
When providing these services BSS acknowledges the need to secure the safety, health and welfare of all employees in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and all other statutory provisions and codes of practice (S.I. No. 291 of 2013). We are committed to and provide resources for the implementation of our safety management system, which has been produced in accordance with the provisions of all relevant acts and regulations.
