Salary: €70K-€80K DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a leading main contractor based in Dublin 15 and working on a range of Commercial Projects in the surrounding area. You will have opportunities for further career progression with this role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience managing projects with values in excess of €1M
• Computer literate (experience using Procore would be advantageous)
• Full clean driving licence
• 3^rd level qualification in relevant field – site management, engineering or relevant trade qualification and experience.
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD training  an advantage.

The goal is to exceed clients expectations and to add value to their business.

What you need to have

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• 10 Years Construction Management Experience on site.
•  Housing project Proven track record in House building essential
• Fully updated with BCAR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead project teams.
