Position: Quantity Surveyor (Part time)
Location: Fully Remote Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients tendering team and work on a range of Commercial, Residential and Civils Projects around Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing.
• Obtain and assess subcontractor/supplier quotations.
• Provide commercial input during tender reviews.
• QA/QC of Tenders completed by remote working tendering team
Requirements
• 5+ years QS experience in Ireland with tendering exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction costs and procurement.
• Proficient in measurement and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and remote working skills.
Contract Details
• Remote working (rolling contract)
• Flexible hours; competitive rates.
• Start January 2026
