BSS are currently looking for a banksman in South Dublin, County Dublin

Responsibilities:

As a banksman your main responsibilities will include:

Safely guide and direct the movement of vehicles and plant machinery on site to prevent accidents or damage.
Use clear signals (manual or via radio) to communicate with drivers, operators, and other site personnel.
Ensure the safe lifting, loading, and unloading of materials, monitoring weights and stability during operations.
Adhere to and enforce site safety regulations, ensuring all operations are conducted in line with established standards.

Provide guidance to operators driving excavators and other machinery to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of nearby work.
Ensure the safe lifting, loading, and unloading of materials, monitoring weights and stability during operations.
Adhere to and enforce site safety regulations, ensuring all operations are conducted in line with established standards.
