Finishing Foreman

Job Title – Finishing Foreman
Location: Drogheda
Salary: €65K-€90K DOE 
+ Vehicle + bonus 

Hours: Full time

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Finishing Foreman to join an Established Residential Contractor in Drogheda finishing a residential development.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• 10 Years of  Supervisory Experience on site.
• Proven track record in house building essential.
• Fully updated with BCAR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead project teams.
