Job Description:
Position: HGV/ Rigid Driver
Location: Rockcorry, County Monaghan
BSS are currently looking for a HGV/ Rigid Driver for an upcoming project in Rockcorry, County Monaghan
Responsibilities:
As a Rigid Driver your responsibilities will include:
- Operate HGV vehicles to transport various materials
- Load and unload materials safely, ensuring correct weight limits and load security
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting in line with company procedures
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with staff, weighbridge operators, and site supervisors
- To meet daily collection/deliveries targets as set by the dispatch manager
Requirements:
- Full, clean HGV Class 1 Driving License
- Driver CPC Card
- Previous experience in a similar role
