Our client is an established residential developer delivering high-quality housing and high-density
residential schemes across South Dublin and Wicklow. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to
oversee the delivery of residential projects in the Wicklow and South Dublin areas.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an established residential
developer and take responsibility for the successful delivery of quality projects across Wicklow and South
Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage residential construction projects on behalf of the developer.
 Oversee main contractors and subcontractors on housing and apartment developments.
 Monitor programme, quality, health and safety and project progress.
 Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
 Chair site and progress meetings and provide clear project reporting.
 Manage design coordination, construction issues, variations and project risks.
 Coordinate snagging, completion, statutory approvals and handover.

Requirements
 Extensive experience managing residential construction projects.
 Proven housing and/or high-density residential experience is essential.
 Developer, client-side or main contractor experience.
 Strong knowledge of residential construction, programming and quality control.
 Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification.
 Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
 Irish construction experience, Safe Pass and a full driving licence.

Our client is a growing Irish-owned mechanical contractor delivering HVAC, plumbing and building services across commercial projects, working with a number of leading brands in the sector. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage key projects end to end, acting as the central point of contact across departments to keep projects running smoothly. There is strong progression on offer as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Develop full project plans, covering timelines, resources, deliverables and budget
• Manage project scope, change requests and delivery against milestones
• Own the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials, and secure technical and engineering resources with department leads
• Work with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams to keep projects on track
• Lead regular project and coordination meetings, keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans, escalating critical issues to the Site Manager
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and safety regulations, carrying out regular audits
• Prepare and present project reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
• Coach and support junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience, ideally in engineering or construction
• Proven experience managing projects across scope, time, cost and resources
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance in a construction or engineering environment
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or Project Management certification
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Full clean Irish driving licence
