Our client is an established residential developer with over 30 years in the business and more than 4,000 homes delivered. They are recruiting a Site Manager for residential developments across Wexford, ranging from 13m to 25m in value.
Responsibilities
- Take day to day charge of the site, directing the workforce and subcontractors
- Deliver the works to programme, driving progress across the development
- Monitor quality of workmanship and finish across house units
- Manage health and safety on site, ensuring compliance at all times
- Coordinate materials, plant and labour so the site has what it needs when required
- Liaise with the design team, suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage snagging and handover of completed units
- Keep site records and progress reporting up to date
Requirements
- Proven Site Manager experience on residential developments
- Strong knowledge of housing construction and trade sequencing
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme targets
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Able to read and work from construction drawings
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
