Role: Site Supervisor

Our client is a family-owned Irish building and civil engineering specialist. They are recruiting a Site Supervisor to manage the day to day running of the site on a large industrial project in Co. Kilkenny.
Responsibilities
- Take day to day charge of the site, directing the workforce and subcontractors
- Sequence and supervise the works to keep the job on programme
- Manage health and safety on site, running toolbox talks and ensuring RAMS and permits are followed
- Coordinate plant, materials and deliveries so the site has what it needs when required
- Monitor quality of workmanship and correct issues before they become re-work
- Liaise with the site management team, design team and client representatives
- Keep daily site records, labour and plant returns and progress reports
Requirements
- Proven Site Supervisor or Foreman experience with a main contractor
- Experience across civils, groundworks and structural works
- Industrial or process project experience an advantage
- Able to manage crews and hold them to programme
- Strong on health and safety, with the ability to enforce standards daily
- Able to read and work from construction drawings
- Full, clean driving licence
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
