Position: Stainless Steel Pipe Fitters – Pharmaceutical sector
Location: Ballydine, co. Tipperary
Salary: starting from 30 PAYE per hour with travel/lodging arrangements
BSS is looking for Stainless Steel Pipe Fitters in the pharmaceutical sector for an upcoming project that will last until the end of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble and accurately align stainless steel schedule pipework.
- Read and interpret pipe isometric drawings and technical plans.
- Measure, mark, cut and prepare pipework for installation.
- Fit and install elbows, tees, reducers, flanges and valves.
- Install pipe supports, brackets and associated pipework components.
- Carry out general stainless steel process pipework installation.
- Ensure pipework is fitted accurately and to the required specifications.
- Work safely and maintain high standards of workmanship on site.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pipe fitter in a pharmaceutical or similar industries.
- Strong skills in working with stainless steel.
- Valid safe pass and manual handling
- Must have own tools
