Role: Snagger
Location: Dublin, County Dublin
Rate: From 23.03ph
BSS are currently looking for a Snagger for an upcoming project in Dublin City, County Dublin. The job will involve hanging doors, dryers in bathrooms, drilling holes, and similar tasks. Own tools are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Snagger your main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed construction work to identify defects and unfinished tasks.
- Prepare detailed snagging reports, documenting all issues with clear descriptions and photographic evidence.
- Coordinate with contractors and tradespeople to ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Verify that corrective work meets required quality and safety standards before approval.
- Communicate findings effectively with site managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass & Valid Manual Handling
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Must have own tools
