Estimator (Residential & Commercial)

Location: Dublin

Type: Permanent

Salary: DOE (37.5 hours p/w)

Duties:

• Estimating construction projects.
• Preparing take offs & rating bills of quantities.
• Completing PQQ & tender submissions for procurement
• Analysis of costs from suppliers & sub-contractors with subsequent appointment of same.
• Carrying out risk management preparation during tender submissions
• Supporting site team with project specific queries.
• Monitoring costs and productions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience with a main contractor.
• Experience in private & public procurement/tendering in ROI & UK (preferable).
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or building discipline or related experience in industry.
• Have full driving license.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
