BSS Building Staff Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing medium-sized main contractor delivering
projects valued from €10m to €80m across the commercial, residential and retail sectors.
We are seeking to recruiit a Senior Construction Project Manager/Contracts Manager for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through delivery.
Lead project teams and support Site Managers and Engineers.
Monitor programme, budgets, quality and health & safety performance.
Manage client, design team and subcontractor relationships.
Drive commercial awareness and identify project risks and opportunities.
Requirements
Degree or trade background in Construction/Civil Engineering.
7+ years experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
Experience with commercial, residential or retail developments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Full driving licence.
