BSS is looking for for a Document Controller/ Office Administrator in Dublin West, Co Dublin
Responsibilities:
As a Document Controller/ Office Administrator your responsibilities will include
- Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Ensure documents are filed and archived according to company standards.
- Implement and manage document control processes and procedures.
- Monitor document quality to ensure compliance with company standards..
- Maintain a document register and track the status of documents.
- Handle requests for documentation and resolve any document control issues.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry and formatting of documents.
- Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in document control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with document control software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent English is essential for this role
