BSS is looking for for a Document Controller/ Office Administrator in Dublin West, Co Dublin

Responsibilities:

As a Document Controller/ Office Administrator your responsibilities will include

  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Ensure documents are filed and archived according to company standards.
  • Implement and manage document control processes and procedures.
  • Monitor document quality to ensure compliance with company standards..
  • Maintain a document register and track the status of documents.
  • Handle requests for documentation and resolve any document control issues.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry and formatting of documents.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in document control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with document control software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluent English is essential for this role
