Job Description:
Position: Balcony Fixers
Location: North Dublin, co. Dublin
BSS are looking for Balcony Fixers for an upcoming project in North Dublin, co. Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect balconies and identify defects, damage and maintenance requirements
- Carry out balcony repairs, maintenance and remedial works
- Work with concrete, steel, timber and other building materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a fitter/fixer/installer
- Valid Safe Pass
- Manual Handling certification preferred.
- Own tools
