Role: Labourer
Location: Longford
Rate: 20.03 ph
Building Staff Solutions is looking for labourers for a project in Longford.
As a labourer your responsibilities will include:
Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and unloading materials.
Work alongside tradespeople providing assistance as needed.
Spotter duties: Providing guidance to operators to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of nearby workers.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors, including minor repairs and other manual tasks.
Follow all site health and safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
Valid Safe pass and Manual Handling mandatory.
Proven experience in a similar role.
IPAF and Spotter tickets desirable.

BSS is looking for a General Operative for a project in Ballydine, CO Tipperary
Your responsibilities:
As a General Operative your responsibilities will include
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and unloading materials.
- Provide guidance to operators to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of nearby workers.
- Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
- Work alongside tradespeople providing assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
- Valid IPAF/MEWP Certification is preferable but not desired
- Ability to work 45-50 hours a week (overtime paid after 8 hours)
- Proven experience in a similar role
