Job Title: Groundworks Foreman
Location: County Kilkenny
Salary: Starting at €55,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high-quality standard
- Undertake general site duties as required, supporting the wider construction team
- Monitor progress and report to project management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman on residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of groundworks, rebar, concrete, and drainage
- Ability to manage teams effectively and work across general site duties
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
