PROJECT MANAGER – WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT

Salary 80,000- 90,000 DOE
BSS are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for recently secured design-and-build watermain
replacement works in County Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong civil engineering
professional with water, utilities or pipeline experience to take responsibility for delivery of a major
infrastructure project.
The Role
You will lead the project from mobilisation through delivery, coordinating site teams, programme, quality,
safety and commercial requirements while maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery of watermain replacement works.
Lead site teams including engineers, agents and subcontractors.
Manage programme, resources, quality and health & safety requirements.
Coordinate with design, commercial and operational teams.
Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure works are delivered to programme.
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong civil engineering / infrastructure background.
Previous experience in water, utilities or pipeline projects strongly preferred.
Previous Uisce Éireann / Irish Water project experience would be an advantage.
Relevant third-level qualification, ideally Level 8.
Must currently reside in Ireland, have the right to work in Ireland and be within commuting distance of the
Wexford project.
Experienced Senior Site Agents, Senior Engineers or Project Engineers ready to progress into Project
Management will also be considered.
