Role: Experienced Roof Carpenter
Location: Cork, County Cork
BSS is looking for a Roof Carpenter in Cork, County Cork
Key Responsibilities:
As a Roof Carpenter your responsibilities will include
- Measure, cut, and assemble roofing frameworks, rafters, and trusses according to blueprints and building plans
- Install and repair roof structures using wood, metal, and other materials with precision and safety
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate roof construction
- Operate hand and power tools efficiently while adhering to workplace safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with builders, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven previous experience as a Roof Carpenter
- Valid Safe Pass
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate
- Must have own tools
