Role: Basic & Advanced Scaffolders

Location: Limerick City, Co. Limerick

Your responsibilities:

As a scaffolder your responsibilities will include

For Basic Scaffolders:

  • Erect, alter, and dismantle basic scaffolding structures under the supervision of a senior scaffolder.
  • Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials.
  • Ensure that scaffolding is erected safely and securely following company and industry standards.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support advanced scaffolders with complex scaffolding tasks as required.

For Advanced Scaffolders:

  • Design and construct complex scaffolding structures, including independent scaffolds, birdcage scaffolds, and suspended scaffolds.
  • Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
  • Interpret blueprints and design plans to determine the most suitable scaffolding structure.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and risk assessments to ensure scaffold stability and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certificate
  • Valid CSCS ticket
  • Proven experience as a scaffolder in the construction industry.
