SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Tullamore
Salary: 90,000 negotiable
Project: Residential mixed-use development.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Irish
main contractor on a residential mixed-use project in the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
Take commercial responsibility for assigned project packages and support overall project
cost management.
Manage subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons, negotiations and appointments.
Prepare valuations, variations, forecasts and monthly cost reports.
Manage subcontractor accounts through to agreement of final accounts.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities and provide timely advice to the project team.
Work closely with site management, design teams, consultants and the client.
Maintain accurate contractual and commercial records.
Requirements
7+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with an Irish main contractor.
Strong residential and mixed-use project experience.
Excellent subcontractor procurement, cost management and negotiation skills.
Good working knowledge of Irish construction contracts and commercial procedures.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
The Offer
A competitive package is available for the successful candidate, with salary guidance of
90,000 negotiable depending on experience. This is an opportunity to join a well-
