Role: Snagger
Location: Kilkenny, Co Kilkenny
Rate: 22.32 ph
BSS are currently looking for a Snagger in Kilkenny, Co Kilkenny for an upcoming project.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Snagger your main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed construction work to identify defects and unfinished tasks.
- Prepare detailed snagging reports, documenting all issues with clear descriptions and photographic evidence.
- Coordinate with contractors and tradespeople to ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Verify that corrective work meets required quality and safety standards before approval.
- Communicate findings effectively with site managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass & Valid Manual Handling
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Must have own tools

Rate: 22.32ph
BSS are currently looking for a Snagger for an upcoming project in Drogheda, County Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Snagger your main responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting completed drylining and tape & jointing work to identify defects, imperfections, and unfinished areas
- Carrying out snagging works including filling, feathering, and re-finishing joints to achieve a smooth, paint-ready surface
- Repairing damaged plasterboard, cracks, dents, or poorly finished joints
- Reapplying jointing compounds and tapes where required to bring work up to specification
- Sanding and preparing surfaces to a high standard in line with Irish construction and finishing standards
- Working through snag lists provided by site management and ensuring all items are completed efficiently
- Liaising with site managers, painters, and other trades to ensure timely project completion
- Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish prior to handover
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Requirements:
