That’s why we’re proud to support CIF Construction Safety Week 2025, running from October 13th to 24th, under the theme “Back to Basics.”
This nationwide campaign encourages everyone across the construction sector to pause, reflect, and refocus on the fundamentals of site safety – from leadership and communication to awareness and accountability. Over two weeks, the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) is leading a programme of toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and learning events centred around five key sub-themes designed to strengthen safety culture at every level.

Already in 2025, six fatalities have been recorded in the Irish construction sector – surpassing last year’s total. Behind each number is a person, a colleague, a family. These tragedies remind us that safety isn’t just a compliance exercise – it’s a shared responsibility that demands constant attention and care.
