An established M&E maintenance contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager for their Dublin team. The company works across Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare and Commercial sectors and has been operating for over 25 years.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and act as main point of contact
- Oversee contracts from quotation through to delivery and completion
- Organise preplanned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
- Coordinate procurement of materials, plant and equipment
- Ensure SLAs are met; attend client and monthly review meetings
- Ensure documentation complies with ISO9001:2015
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in construction or maintenance
- Fully qualified Electrician with experience in commercial buildings
- Experience managing key client accounts, including KPI and compliance reviews
- Experience with Permit to Work systems
- Good working knowledge of Mechanical and HVAC systems
- Strong IT skills, including CMMS
- Full, clean driving licence
