A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale project in Dublin. This role reports directly to the Construction Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project costs and budgets
- Lead project teams to deliver contracts on time and within scope
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Assess subcontractor quality of work
- Oversee compliance with Health & Safety legislation
- Support cost control and reporting with the project Surveyor
- Identify and manage programme risks, working with design teams to meet deadlines
- Develop and monitor project schedules and material procurement timelines
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- 10+ years experience in construction or a similar industry
- Track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
