Role: Contracts Manager

Our client is a mechanical contractor delivering projects across the Greater Dublin area. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to provide leadership and direction across multiple live projects, delivering 35 concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Drive operations and budgets across all assigned projects
- Manage material ordering, supplier contracts and ongoing supplier relationships
- Arrange and lead pre-start meetings
- Coordinate and supervise specialist and subcontracted trades on site
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, in line with Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments and method statements
- Monitor RFIs, damage, theft and out-of-scope work through Procore
- Implement and maintain QA systems
- Present written progress reports to clients and contractors
- Provide leadership to site teams, including annual and quarterly performance reviews
- Inspect works for design compliance and ensure remedial actions are completed on time
Requirements
- Experience as a Contracts Manager in the M&E industry
- Time served as a Plumber
- Extensive experience overseeing high-rise projects
- Excellent time management, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction software
- Full, clean UK/ROI driving licence
