Mechanical Site Supervisor (Working)

Our client is a mechanical contractor recruiting experienced Site Supervisors for a number of projects across the Greater Dublin area.
Responsibilities
- Study blueprints and floor plans to understand the mechanical design layout, using Procore
- Highlight issues at prestart meetings with the Senior Project Manager
- Oversee installation of pipes and fixtures for water, gas, steam, air and other liquids
- Lead site operative and apprentice teams, supported by the Operations Manager
- Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders to keep all parties coordinated
- Educate site operatives on construction safety and accident protocols
- Inspect sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards
- Keep detailed records of site activities
- Ensure quality workmanship is met in line with MGME Quality Assurance Standards
- Oversee testing and commissioning as required
- Capture RFIs, damage, theft and out-of-scope work through Procore
Requirements
- Time served Plumber
- Experience in a similar Site Supervisory position
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Full, clean driving licence
- Open and flexible to travel across project sites
- Valid safety documents
