Quantity Surveyor
Location Dublin 2
Salary €60K – €90K DOE + bonus
Our client is an established FIT OUT Contractor based in Dublin and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years experience to join their team. You will be working with and reporting to an experienced Senior QS.
Our client is primarily an office fitout company, they carry out both Cat A and Cat B fitout along with other general contracting work for a range of High Profile clients.
This is an office based role with sites in the Dublin area.

What you need to have
- Typically, 3 + years’ post-graduation Construction experience.
- Must be committed to working in detail, ensuring good technical understanding of construction work/ methodologies is obtained as well as preparation of commercially sound and researched claims, valuations, final accounts, quotations and other commercial submissions.
