Residential Developer/Contractor

Salary €40K – €55K DOE
Our client is an established Residential Developer in Wexford and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 1 years experience to join their team. You will be working with and reporting to an experienced Senior QS and part of an established structured team.
This is an office based role but you will need to be driving to attend various sites as required in Wexford, Waterford and South Dublin.
Prior Residential project experience would be an advantage.

What you need to have
- Typically, 1 + years’ post-graduation Construction experience.
- Previous experience in Residential Projects will be an advantage.
- Must be committed to working in detail, ensuring good technical understanding of construction work/ methodologies is obtained as well as preparation of commercially sound and researched claims, valuations, final accounts, quotations and other commercial submissions.
